As part of our collaboration with Zero Gravity, we welcomed 30 exceptional STEM students, supported by our bespoke MGP X Zero Gravity scholarship to our factory for an unforgettable day inspired by their passion for F1.
The university students from all corners of the UK toured our factory, heard directly from our graduates about starting a career with the team and received expert job application advice from our Early Careers Recruitment Advisor.
Our collaboration with Zero Gravity enables the team to support high-achieving students from less advantaged backgrounds. Through our bespoke scholarship programme, we help ease the financial pressures of university life for students who might otherwise be unable to pursue higher education.
The factory visit gave students the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, see their university learning brought to life and imagine a future within our team.
For the team, it was an opportunity to meet talented, ambitious and hard-working students who could help shape the future of engineering. The visit also deepened our understanding of the challenges facing aspiring engineers and how we can provide greater support.
