Our investments in people and place deliver performance across the board.

Eight years ago, we set out to reimagine our Brackley home so it could accommodate our growing team, meet our ambitious sustainability targets and help us perform to our fullest potential.

  • We’ve reduced our environmental footprint

    • While our team has grown by more than 20% since 2022, energy consumption per person has fallen 20% over the same period thanks to a multi-year programme of upgrades, optimisation and behaviour change.

  • We’ve seen commuting emissions drop 23% since 2022

    • Our internal lift sharing scheme saved 360,000 miles in 2025 alone, and more than 988,000 miles since the programme began. More of our team are arriving by EV, by bike or on foot – supported by onsite charging and improved active travel facilities.

  • We’ve built for the future

    • Our new solar canopy will generate up to 1.1 GWh of electricity annually. The site redevelopment is targeting well above a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain across the site.

  • We’ve invested in wellbeing

    • Our Health and Wellbeing Centre is opening in 2026 – a purpose-built space bringing together a brand-new gym, restaurant and social spaces. Over 85% of our team participated in health assessments in 2025, and there is similarly high engagement across all our health, safety and wellbeing programmes and training.

What's next?

We’ll keep investing in our home and our team:

  • Completing our site redevelopment

  • Continuing to remove gas from our operations and transitioning to electric alternatives

  • Further growing on-site renewable energy generation

  • Transitioning our company car fleet to fully electric

"Done right, sustainability brings real cost efficiency - smarter operations, less waste. It’s also how we attract the best people, who want to work somewhere that holds itself to a higher standard."

    Supporting Inclusion

    Embedding our culture.

Over the last five years, we have strengthened our support for our people and have become a more diverse and inclusive team.

    • We’re more representative than ever

      • In 2020, we launched a five-year programme to build a more diverse team. As of 2025, 20% of our team is female, up from 11% in 2020; 10% come from minority ethnic backgrounds, up from 4%. In 2025, 37.8% of new joiners came from under-represented groups.

    • We’re closing the gender pay gap

      • In 2025, our mean gender pay gap fell 9.2 percentage points in a single year, to 17.3%; our median fell 3.8 percentage points to 15%. In the same period, 16.7% of female team members received a promotion, up from 10% the previous year.

    What's next?

We'll keep embedding inclusion into how we recruit, develop and support our people:

    • Continuing to take steps to address our gender pay gap

    • Continuing to review our policies, procedures and practices

"None of this work is to tick a box. The principle of impact, over activity runs through everything we do. You can look very busy and achieve very little - but just like on the track, what counts is the result."

      Charity and Community

Investing in the communities we’re part of.

Over the last five years, we’ve deepened our investment in the people and communities around us.

      • We’ve raised half a million pounds for charity since 2020

        • In 2025, our team members raised more funds for charity than ever before, exceeding our £100,000 target for our charity partner and local children’s hospice Helen & Douglas House a year early. We also supported 70 local, national and international causes through corporate donations.

      • We continued giving back to our community

        • In 2025, we funded the Brackley Fireworks display for the ninth consecutive year, continued our long-standing support of the Brackley Foodbank, worked with our local primary schools and gave back to local causes.

      What's next?

We'll look to increase our community investment in the years ahead:

      • Meeting our new target of £150,000 for Helen & Douglas House by December 2026

      • Offering our support to local causes, groups and initiatives that create a meaningful difference in Brackley and our surrounding area

"Charitable giving is a great source of pride for our team and forms a key part of our identity. All it takes is all of us, and this applies to everything that we do, both on and off the track."
