Our sport takes us to some of the world’s most biodiverse and culturally rich places.
That reach comes with responsibility and opportunity.
In 2025, we began a major expansion of our global carbon removals portfolio, invested in the places we go racing and did more than ever to reach the next generation of engineers.
We’re investing more in carbon removals and natural systems
We have committed to approximately 18,900 tCO2 e of nature-based, hybrid and engineered removals between 2024 and 2030, across multiple geographies. In 2025, we launched the Blue Carbon Collective with our Partner PETRONAS, funding mangrove conservation and restoration research in Malaysia.
We use our global platform
Across 2025, we attended conferences, summits and industry forums around the world, contributing to the debates shaping the field and bringing that thinking back into our work. Now in its third year, our Sustainability Working Group brings together Partners, leaders and experts to share thinking and solutions on shared sustainability challenges.
We’re supporting the next generation
From schools in Brackley, London and Birmingham to universities across the UK, our programmes run the full duration of a student’s time in education, creating opportunities and opening doors for young people who might otherwise not find their way into STEM or the world of F1.
What’s next?
We’ll keep driving impact beyond our own world:
Championing the amazing projects in our carbon removals portfolio
Deepening our investments in the ecological systems closest to our race calendar
Continuing to seek advice from our Social Impact Partners and collaborating on what the next generation of talent needs to flourish in our industry
