Well, it’s safe to say that was a night we won’t forget in a hurry – 10 teams, 20 drivers and all the key players. What a way to kick off F1’s 75th anniversary season!

We’ve wrapped up all the best bits from our night at the 2025 season launch.

“Congrats to F1, this is a new milestone,” declared Toto on stage. Hear, hear.

WhatsApp, W16 Livery!

Talk about bursting onto the scene! As our 2025 livery rolled onto the O2 stage in front of a raucous crowd, there was a special surprise for fans in Covent Garden, King’s Cross, and Grand Central Station in New York.

An animation of the new livery came to life from a special instillation from team partner WhatsApp. Bringing F1 to life. Literally.

Check out the live reveal here.

Every Dream Needs a Team

The continuation of our story. A new chapter, but the same goal. Winning. And we will only achieve that together.

Whether you’re a 27-year-old George Russell seeking to add to your multiple Grand Prix wins and pole positions or an 18-year-old Italian rookie called Kimi Antonelli looking to make his mark on the sport he has watched and worked for your whole life.

Rocking the Red Carpet

What is an epic show without a bit of glitz and glamour to start? The team came together and turned the red carpet black, silver, and teal – with George, Kimi, and Toto joined by Third Driver Valtteri and F1 Academy star Doriane.

Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

2025 marks a new chapter in our Formula One story, and the ingredients for this particular recipe are home grown.

The team’s youngest driver line-up in the sport’s history have been raised with the mottos and mantras of Mercedes.

It’s a combination both George and Kimi are looking forward to.

George said: “Being team-mates with a new up-and-coming driver is something all the guys at the front have been through.

“You just gain experience over time, you learn how to deal with the travel of Formula 1, working with 2,000 people, and if you've got the speed, you've got it.

“It is almost as simple as that. I am sure Kimi's going to keep me on my toes, and we will be pushing each other.”

Kimi added: “It is great to see that we both came through the ranks and the junior programme, and it is great to see that we are finally both racing in the same team.

“George has shown how strong he is – consistency in the last year was impressive. It's good to have him alongside because I can definitely learn a lot from him.”

Mind the Gap

Few things scream London more than the iconic Tube, the underground railway system which accounts for 1.1bn journeys beneath the capital’s streets every year.

The perfect mode of transport to get to the F1 75 Live show then! George and Kimi swapped the track for the tube and took the Jubilee Line a few stops on Tuesday afternoon, before getting off at North Greenwich to prepare for the launch event later in the evening.
