“I Think They Will Apply Everywhere”

One of the big talking points both heading to, and leaving, Miami: how effective were recent rules changes in improving the show?

Simone and Fred’s view? Very! The flat out qualifying, tight battles and plenty of overtaking we saw over the weekend is likely to be a feature of every event, Simone believes.

For Fred, he commented: “I think it’s good that the sport is listening to the drivers and teams and making joint decisions. As drivers, all we want is to drive the car on or slightly over the limit. We just love that feeling and I think we are moving towards so that’s really good.”
