As an Aero Operations Apprentice you will thrive in the fast-paced environment of our Model Shop as part of a highly skilled team. You will support through learning to assemble mechanical components, work with a variety of contemporary and traditional materials and gain experience preparing components for our Formula One Aerodynamics programme.
As a Composite Machining Apprentice you will work within the fast-paced environment of our Composite Machining Centre where we produce all the carbon fibre parts for our Formula One cars. You will be part of a highly skilled team of engineers and you will learn to set and operate machine tools to efficiently manufacture high complexity, high value, and precision engineered components for our cars whilst working towards achieving a Level 3 qualification.
As a Facilities Apprentice you will gain hands on experience in site operations, building repairs and maintenance across our expanding Factory in Brackley. In this fast-paced environment you will be working with the team to respond to facilities and maintenance repairs, gain the knowledge, skills and experience needed to work as a Facilities Maintenance Operative.
As a Level 4 IT DevOps Apprentice, you’ll join the team to help build, automate, and operate the hybrid‑cloud and on‑premises systems that support our foundational computer, storage and other fundamental workloads that support the Factory. You will work hands‑on across our datacentres and cloud platforms, contributing to code, automation, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
As a Level 4 IT Network Apprentice you will develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours required to support and maintain enterprise-scale networking infrastructure in a high-performance environment. You will combine structured learning with hands-on experience, enabling you to apply networking theory in a real-world setting while working towards a recognised Level 4 apprenticeship qualification. You will work closely with experienced network engineers and IT professionals, contributing to the reliability, performance, and security of business-critical network systems that support the team both on and off the track.
As a Metallic Machining Apprentice you will be part of a highly skilled team of Machinists, CAM Programmers and Production Engineers, and over the course of the full Apprenticeship, will learn how to manufacture precision machined components for our F1 car, wind tunnel and customer programmes.
As an Apprentice within the Research and Development group, this position will be embedded within our Dyno Test Facility. With multiple test beds to enable the testing of engine, transmission and brake systems, this facility is a critical step for our F1 car getting out to track safely and performing at its best. You will take a hands-on role that will enable you to work closely with the car and its components as they take part in sign-off, performance and reliability testing before heading out to the track. Reporting to a senior member of our technician team, your apprenticeship will provide periods of integration across the different areas of our dyno environment whilst working towards achieving a Level 3 qualification.
As an Apprentice within the Research and Development group, this position will be embedded within our Test and Development Laboratory, and you will take a hands-on role in developing our ability to sign-off safety and reliability critical components for use on our race car. Reporting to a senior member of our technician team, your apprenticeship will provide periods of integration across the different areas of our laboratory environment whilst working towards achieving a Level 3 qualification.
As a Welding/Fabrication Apprentice you will join our skilled team, producing precision assemblies and components for our F1 car. You will develop advanced fabrication and welding skills, with a strong focus on aluminium TIG welding, precision sheet metal work, and general fabrication.
